Creating an Interplanetary Trade Agreement between Earth and Alpha Centauri

The interplanetary trade agreement between Earth and Alpha Centauri seeks to regulate the flow of goods and services between the two planets. Exports from Alpha Centauri are capped at 5 billion kilotons duty-free, with taxes imposed on excess amounts. Earth is prohibited from re-exporting any technology or goods acquired from Alpha Centauri. Biological or bioactive items must be quarantined for 90 days in both directions. Cultural artifacts such as television, movies, and films are able to move freely between the planets. Cheetos and Jim Beam Whiskey have been given an exception, with no taxes imposed. Additionally, all other items are taxed at a rate of %20.
